Delete Your Account

Overview

Firescroll accounts are tied to your device — there is no login, email, or password. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Firescroll app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data. It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email [email protected] from any address and we will delete the account for you. To help us locate it, include any details you have, such as your in-app dragon name or the approximate date you started using the app.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our servers:

Data stored only on your device (settings, cached progress) is removed when you delete your account in-app or uninstall the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
